This is to submit the refund policy in accordance with the guidelines issued by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for the cancellation of admissions and refund of fees, as per the AICTE academic calendar dated 30.06.2025 for the academic year 2025–26.

For Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, and MCA Courses
1.	For cancellation request received on or before 20th October 2021	The fee paid will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000/- (including GST) towards processing charges irrespective of the fee concessions.
2.	For a withdrawal request received after 20th October 2021	No refund will be issued to the candidate.
For MBA Course
1.	For cancellation request received on or before 13th September 2021	The fee paid will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000/- (including GST) towards processing charges irrespective of the fee concessions.
2.	For a withdrawal request received after 13th September 2021	No refund will be issued to the candidate.
For Science, Law, Paramedical, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Humanities and BBA Courses
1.	For cancellation request received on or before 20th October 2021	The fee paid will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000/- (including GST) towards processing charges irrespective of the fee concessions.
2.	For a withdrawal request received after 20th October 2021	No refund will be issued to the candidate.

Note : The timelines are in adherence to the respective guidelines issued by the respective statutory bodies, the dates will change as and when the statutory bodies revise the guidelines.

2	For Cancellation request received less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission.	From 16^th to 30^th September 2025	90% fee will be refunded
3	For Cancellation request received 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission.	From 01^st to 15^th October 2025	80% fee will be refunded
4	For Cancellation request received 30 days or less or more than 15 days after the formally notified last date of admission.	From 16^th to 31^st October 2025	50% fee will be refunded
5	For Cancellation request received after 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission.	After 31^st October 2025	No refund of university fee paid by the candidate
