Refund Policy

This is to submit the refund policy in accordance with the guidelines issued by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for the cancellation of admissions and refund of fees, as per the AICTE academic calendar dated 30.06.2025 for the academic year 2025–26.

1 For Cancellation request received 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission. On or before 15th September 2025 100% fee will be refunded
2 For Cancellation request received less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission. From 16th to 30th September 2025 90% fee will be refunded
3 For Cancellation request received 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission. From 01st to 15th October 2025 80% fee will be refunded
4 For Cancellation request received 30 days or less or more than 15 days after the formally notified last date of admission. From 16th to 31st October 2025 50% fee will be refunded
5 For Cancellation request received after 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission. After 31st October 2025 No refund of university fee paid by the candidate
